| Installation Steps |
Step 1: Measurement and Position Marking
Measure the width and height of the shower opening with a measuring tape. Use a pencil to mark the installation position of the top track and bottom guide rail on the wall and floor, keep the marked lines horizontal with a level to ensure balance.
Step 2: Install Top Mounting Track
Fix the top track bracket to the marked wall position with expansion plugs and screws. Place the sliding top track onto the brackets and tighten all fixing screws. Ensure the track is straight and firmly installed without deviation.
Step 3: Install Bottom Guide Rail
Align the bottom guide rail with the top track vertically. Fix the bottom rail on the marked floor position, fasten the screws tightly. Make sure the bottom rail is parallel to the top track for smooth sliding.
Step 4: Assemble Sliding Rollers to Glass Door
Install the sliding rollers and hanging fittings included in the hardware kit onto the top of the tempered glass shower door. Adjust the roller angle and lock the Allen screws properly; do not over-tighten to avoid glass cracking.
Step 5: Hang Glass Door on Top Track
Lift the glass door gently, hang the rollers into the groove of the top track. Place the bottom of the glass door into the bottom guide rail to position the door stably.
Step 6: Install Auxiliary Fittings
Install door stoppers, anti-jump blocks and water retaining seals from the hardware kit. Fit the side wall brackets and decorative covers to cover exposed screws for a neat look.
Step 7: Adjust Sliding Smoothness
Push the glass door to test sliding performance. Adjust the height and tightness of the rollers to make the door slide silently and smoothly. Ensure the door can stop steadily at the closed position.
Step 8: Final Inspection
Check all screws and fittings are fully tightened. Test opening and closing repeatedly, confirm no shaking, jamming or water leakage. Clean the glass and complete the installation.
