A: Yes, we welcome sample order to test and check the quality. Mixed samples are acceptable.

A:Sample needs 3-5 days, mass production time needs 3-4 weeks.
Q3. Do you have any MOQ for order?
A: Our MOQ is 100 sets .
Q4. How do you ship the goods and how long does it take to arrive?
A: We usually sent the samples by DHL, UPS, FedEx or TNT . It usually takes 5~6 days to arrive. If big order will ship by sea.
Q5. Is it OK to print my logo on product or package?
A: Yes. Please inform us formally before our production and confirm the design firstly.
Q6: Do you offer guarantee for the products?
A: Yes, we offer 2-5 years warranty to our products.
Q7: What is your payment method?
A: In general,we accept 30% T/T deposit and balance payment before shipment.
